烏干達憲法承認之傳統或文化領袖機構「土柔王國」首相公佈消息稱，國王歐尤．尼因巴．卡班巴．伊古魯．魯基迪四世（Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV）於二十七日晚間約十時（協調世界時同日晚間約七時）死亡，終年三十四歲。歐尤三歲卽位，共在位三十一年。首相並稱王位繼承人身份將按照傳統公開。吉尼斯世界紀錄（Guinness World Records）去年認證他是「世界最年輕在位君主」。

The prime minister of Uganda’s constitutionally recognised institution of traditional or cultural leader, ‘Tooro Kingdom’, announced that King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV died at around 10 p.m. on 27 August (around 7 p.m. UTC on the same day), aged 34. Oyo ascended the throne at the age of three and reigned for 31 years. The prime minister also said that the identity of the heir to the throne would be revealed in accordance with tradition. Guinness World Records certified him last year as the ‘world’s youngest reigning monarch’.

ウガンダ憲法で認められた伝統的または文化的指導者機構「トーロ王国」の首相は、国王オヨ・ニンバ・カバンバ・イグル・ルキディ四世（Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV）が二十七日午後十時頃（協定世界時同日午後七時頃）に死亡したと発表した。三十四歳だった。オヨは三歳で即位し、在位は三十一年に及んだ。首相はまた、王位継承者の身元は伝統に従って公表されると述べた。ギネス世界記録（Guinness World Records）は昨年、オヨ国王を「世界で最も若い在位君主」として認定した。
