布拉格市法院認定，捷克政府提出之情資足以支持當局制裁白羅斯籍記者蘇德良科娃之決定
被捷克當局認定「曾受俄羅斯軍事情報局（GRU）指示，為包括GRU在內之俄羅斯相關組織祕密工作，並獲得報酬」之白羅斯籍記者蘇德良科娃先前被捷克政府列入制裁名單後，不服並提起訴訟。據媒體報道，布拉格法院駁回了相關訴訟，認定捷克政府提交之情資足以支持當局對相關情況之認定，及對蘇德良科娃實施制裁之決定。此前在捷克獲得庇護的蘇德良科娃被要求於三十日內離開捷克。

Belarusian-nationality journalist Sudliankova, whom the Czech authorities assessed as having ‘received instructions from the Russian military intelligence agency (GRU), worked covertly for Russia-related organisations including the GRU, and received payment’, challenged the decision and filed a lawsuit after the Czech government had previously placed her on its sanctions list. According to media reports, the Prague court dismissed the lawsuit, assessing that the intelligence submitted by the Czech government was sufficient to support the authorities' assessment of the relevant circumstances and their decision to impose sanctions on Sudliankova. Sudliankova, who had previously been granted asylum in Czechia, was required to leave Czechia within 30 days.

チェコ当局から「ロシア軍事情報機関（GRU）の指示を受け、GRUを含むロシア関連組織のために秘密裏に活動し、報酬を得ていた」と認定されたベラルーシ国籍の記者スドリャンコワは、先にチェコ政府の制裁対象者リストに加えられたことを不服として訴訟を提起した。メディアの報道によると、プラハ市裁判所は関連訴訟を退け、チェコ政府が提出した情報が、当局による関連状況の認定およびスドリャンコワへの制裁決定を裏付けるに足るものと認定した。これまでチェコで庇護を受けていたスドリャンコワは、三十日以内に同国を離れるよう求められた。
