The Prague Municipal Court assessed that the intelligence submitted by the Czech government was sufficient to support the authorities' decision to sanction Belarusian-nationality journalist Sudliankova

Belarusian-nationality journalist Sudliankova, whom the Czech authorities assessed as having ‘received instructions from the Russian military intelligence agency (GRU), worked covertly for Russia-related organisations including the GRU, and received payment’, challenged the decision and filed a lawsuit after the Czech government had previously placed her on its sanctions list. According to media reports, the Prague court dismissed the lawsuit, assessing that the intelligence submitted by the Czech government was sufficient to support the authorities' assessment of the relevant circumstances and their decision to impose sanctions on Sudliankova. Sudliankova, who had previously been granted asylum in Czechia, was required to leave Czechia within 30 days.
