加拿大、德國、英國、法國、意大利、尼德蘭、挪威七國發佈共同聲明，呼籲以色列「停止擴建」約旦河西岸屯墾區（settlement），並「卽刻撤回」涉及興建逾一千兩百戶（住宅單位）之E1大型屯墾區計畫招標。聲明稱擧行相關投標「不可接受」，並表示以色列有關決定將繼續削弱以色列國際地位。聲明亦對企業表示，需考慮法律及聲譽風險，不應考慮參與此類「可能被視作協助違反國際法行爲」之投標。
Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Norway issued a joint statement calling on Israel to 'halt' the expansion of settlements in the West Bank and 'immediately withdraw' tenders for the E1 large-scale settlement project involving the construction of more than 1,200 housing units. The statement said that proceeding with the related tenders was unacceptable and that Israel's decision would continue to undermine its international standing. The statement also said that companies should consider legal and reputational risks and should not consider participating in such tenders that could be viewed as assisting activities in violation of international law.

カナダ、ドイツ、英国、フランス、イタリア、ネーデルランド、ノルウェーの7か国は共同声明を発表し、イスラエルに対し、ヨルダン川西岸における入植地（settlement）の「拡大」を停止し、1200戸以上の住宅建設を含むE1大規模入植計画の入札募集を直ちに「撤回」するよう呼びかけた。声明は、関連する入札の実施は受け入れられないとし、イスラエルの決定は同国の国際的地位を引き続き低下させると述べた。また企業に対し、法的および評判上のリスクを考慮し、国際法違反行為への加担とみなされ得る活動を助ける可能性のある入札への参加を検討しないよう求めた。
