以色列軍方十九日發佈事件調查結果，首度承認其部隊於二〇二四年一月二十九日於加薩向載有五歲孩童Hind Rajab及六名家屬的汽車及之後前往救援之巴勒斯坦紅新月會救護車開火。以色列軍方此前曾否認此導致Hind Rajab及六名家屬、救護車上兩名救護人員死亡之事件發生時有其部隊在附近。以色列軍方今日表示，審查調査結果後，懷疑巴勒斯坦紅新月會救護車在行動協調上有所疏失，決定交由憲兵刑事調査處對此事件展開刑事偵査。此外，以色列軍方亦公佈了對其他四起在加薩發生的事件之調査結果，表示其中決定對二〇二五年三月造成含醫護及人道救援人員在內，十五名巴勒斯坦人死亡之事件展開刑事偵査。
The Israeli military released the findings of its investigation on 19 August, admitting for the first time that its forces had opened fire in Gaza on 29 January 2024 on a car carrying five-year-old Hind Rajab and six relatives, as well as on a Palestine Red Crescent ambulance sent to rescue them after. The Israeli military had previously denied that any of its forces were nearby when the incident occurred, in which Hind Rajab, six relatives and two paramedics aboard the ambulance were killed. The Israeli military said on the same day that, after reviewing the findings of the investigation, it suspected there had been shortcomings in coordinating the movement of the Palestine Red Crescent ambulance and had decided to refer the incident to the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division for a criminal investigation. In addition, the Israeli military also released the findings of investigations into four other incidents in Gaza, including a decision to open a criminal investigation into an incident in March 2025 in which 15 Palestinians, including medical and humanitarian personnel, were killed.

イスラエル軍は十九日、事件の調査結果を公表し、二〇二四年一月二十九日にガザで、五歳のHind Rajabと家族六人が乗っていた車と、その後救助に向かっていたパレスチナ赤新月社の救急車に部隊が発砲したことを初めて認めた。イスラエル軍はこれまで、Hind Rajabと親族六人、救急車に乗っていた救急隊員二人が死亡したこの事件が発生した際、付近に部隊はいることを否認していた。イスラエル軍は同日、調査結果を審査した結果、パレスチナ赤新月社の救急車の移動調整に不備があった疑いがあるとして、この事件を憲兵刑事捜査部門に付託し、刑事捜査を始めることを決めたと表明した。又、イスラエル軍はガザで発生した別の四件についても調査結果を公表し、このうち二〇二五年三月に医療・人道支援要員を含むパレスチナ人十五人が死亡した事件について、刑事捜査を展開することを決定したと表明した。
