法國憲法委員會裁定禁止十五歲以下人士使用社交媒體之法律違憲
法國憲法委員會裁定法國國會日前通過之禁止十五歲以下人士使用社交媒體之法律違憲，並阻止了該法律生效。憲法委員會認爲其驗齡制度相關規定不夠明確，且對表達自由及隱私權之限制不符合比例。

France’s Constitutional Council rules law banning social media use by people under 15 unconstitutional
France’s Constitutional Council ruled that a law recently passed by the French Parliament banning people under the age of 15 from using social media was unconstitutional, preventing the law from taking effect. The Constitutional Council found that the provisions concerning its age-verification system were insufficiently clear and that the restrictions imposed on freedom of expression and the right to privacy were disproportionate.

フランス憲法評議会、十五歳未満のSNS利用を禁止する法律を違憲と判断
フランス憲法評議会は、フランス議会が先に可決した十五歳未満の者によるSNS利用を禁止する法律について違憲と判断し、同法の施行を阻止した。憲法評議会は、年齢確認制度に関する規定が十分に明確でなく、表現の自由及びプライバシー権に対する制限が比例原則に適合しないと判断した。
