中國氣象部門預計，颱風「紅霞」將於二十五日晚至二十六日凌晨在香港至廣東惠來一帶登陸。中國當局已疏散超過三十四萬人，並暫停了華南部份地區鐵路交通及其他活動。香港約有五十班航班取消。

China’s meteorological authorities forecast that Typhoon Noul will make landfall between Hong Kong and Huilai in Guangdong Province between the night of the 25th and the early hours of the 26th. Chinese authorities have evacuated more than 340,000 people and suspended some railway services and other activities in Southern China. About 50 flights have been cancelled in Hong Kong.
