據日本電機工業會統計，今年一至六月，日本空調出貨額同比增加21.7%，爲6102億日圓。同時，日本「白色家電」今年一至六月出貨額同比增加7.4%，至1兆4350億日圓，是有可比數據之一九八六年以來最高。

NHK reported that, according to statistics from the Japan Electrical Manufacturers’ Association, the value of air-conditioner shipments in Japan rose by 21.7% year on year to ¥610.2 billion between January and June this year. Meanwhile, the value of shipments of white goods increased by 7.4% year on year to ¥1.435 trillion over the same period, the highest figure since comparable records began in 1986.
